MASS MARITIME OPERATING SPECTACLE ISLAND MARINA - 2012

Boston Harbor Island Alliance is pleased to announce a partnership with Massachusetts Maritime Academy (MMA) to operate the Spectacle Island Marina for the 2012 season. The Marina will open Memorial Day weekend and operate throughout the summer until Labor Day. Spectacle Island Marina is intended for the use and enjoyment of the recreational boater. The marina is made available by Boston Harbor Island Alliance to provide access for boaters to the Boston Harbor Island national park area. A portion of fees collected are to help preserve the park’s natural resources, to minimize impact and to raise awareness of the Boston Harbor Islands. MMA has posted rules and regulations for the Marina.
